Account Registration

Orders & Payment
Pricing
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud.
Payment Processing
Payment must be received before production begins. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed and payment processed.
Custom Orders
- Image Quality: You are responsible for providing high-resolution images suitable for printing
- Approval: Custom orders require your approval before production. Review proofs carefully
- Changes: Changes cannot be made once production has begun
- Copyright: You must have rights to use all images submitted for printing
Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
- Shipping Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
- International Orders: May be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes (buyer's responsibility)
- Lost or Damaged Items: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery for resolution
- Undeliverable Orders: Items returned as undeliverable may incur restocking and shipping fees
Returns & Refunds
đ Standard Returns
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days in original condition for a refund or exchange.
đ¨ Custom Orders
Custom/personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or our error occurred.
â Defective Items
We will replace or refund defective items at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
đĩ Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on our website, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, images, and designs
- Software, code, and functionality
- Trademarks and brand identity
Are owned by For Their Prints and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of images and content you upload
- You grant us a license to use your content solely for order fulfillment
- You represent that you have rights to all content you submit
- You agree to indemnify us against claims related to your content
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order
- We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
- Image quality depends on the quality of images you provide
Product Warranties
We warrant that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless For Their Prints from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Your infringement of intellectual property rights
- Content you submit or upload to our services
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
General Provisions
